St Stephen’s School has a new and exciting opportunity available working across our Duncraig and Carramar campuses for a Head of Learning Enrichment to begin in Term 1, 2025 . This is a newly created role and will be for an initial two year contract, after which time the School will move to a Head of Learning Enrichment for each campus and the incumbent will be appointed to one of the campuses.

The Head of Learning Enrichment will lead and manage a highly motivated specialist team to provide learning support and extension to students from Kindergarten to Year 12. The role involves working with school leaders, Learning Enrichment teachers and assistants, classroom teachers, students and families to ensure an optimal level of support for students with additional needs and/or identified as requiring extension across our School. This includes the provision of quality differentiated programs, tailored interventions, and appropriate alternative academic pathways which fall under Learning Enrichment.

The Head of Learning Enrichment is an important position of responsibility which requires a strong commitment to the implementation and alignment of departmental operations with the strategic priorities of the School.
