From swimming to surfing, and athletics to cross-country – students are encouraged to participate, try new things and give their best individually and alongside teammates.

Our Physical Education program is designed to develop students’ fitness levels and inspire healthy habits as well as build skills in a range of sports. Students learn practical sports skills and traits to compete as good team players. These skills and attributes flow into game days, where students compete in friendly competitions against classmates or represent the School in carnivals.

St Stephen’s School Primary students participate in House and interschool carnivals throughout the year, including swimming, athletics and cross-country. These carnivals are a hive of positive energy and team spirit. Our competitors are encouraged to do their best by the lively cheer squads on the sidelines, inspiring our athletes and adding to the energetic atmosphere of our School carnivals.
