Facilities Officer (Grounds and Maintenance Officer)
We have a vacancy for a full-time Property Services Technician/Officer to commence as soon as possible. This will initially be a 12 month contract with the possibility of ongoing after a successful performance review. This role will be based at the Carramar campus, but could perform duties across both campuses. Start date – as soon as possible / by negotiation.
You will be part of a small team responsible for the maintenance and operational needs of the School in relation to school buildings, equipment, grounds and event management activities which ensure effective and continuous operation of the School. This is a versatile role best suited to a self-starter who isn’t afraid of manual tasks, enjoys being outside and thrives on working autonomously.
The successful applicant should possess the physical ability to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending, lifting and carrying, have a strong work ethic and be able to carry out the responsibilities of the position with minimum supervision.
