After graduating from St Stephen’s School Duncraig in 2016, Alumni Tara Jeisman followed her passion for connection and wellbeing, completing a Master’s in Counselling before founding her wellbeing movement, Sea Gals.

What began as simple sunrise ocean dips has grown into a nationwide women’s community, helping women feel more comfortable in their bodies, build meaningful friendships and find connection through the ocean.
