Exciting Facility Upgrades to Carramar Gym
Exciting Facility Upgrades Set to Begin at Carramar
Carramar campus is gearing up for an exciting gym transformation, with major upgrades currently under way and due to be completed by the end of the term. Concept drawings for the redevelopment showcase a modern, dynamic design bringing a fresh new look and enhanced functionality to our learning environment. These early visuals offer a glimpse of what’s to come.

What makes this upgrade particularly special is the leadership behind it. In addition to the incredible contributions from Deputy Head of Secondary (Teaching & Learning) Sarah Stockton-Rice, Brendan Drew (Property Services Team Leader), Adam Dwyer (Head of Health & Physical Education) and the PE Department, the project has been coordinated by Ryan Harrison, a proud alumni of the Duncraig campus. Ryan completed his final practicum at Carramar last year and has since become a full‑time member of the HPE department, a journey that beautifully reflects the strength of our community pathways. Ryan’s commitment, insight, and connection to the School have shaped a project that not only improves our facilities but also celebrates the continuity of our school culture. His work ensures that the new space will serve students and staff for years to come.
As construction begins, we look forward to sharing updates and progress photos along the way. This upgrade marks an exciting chapter for Carramar, and we can’t wait for our community to experience the finished result.
