We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our school community. This position will see you providing day-to-day support to the Principal, working across both our Duncraig and Carramar campuses.

The role is a maternity leave cover from 1 October 2024 until 4 July 2025. You will work five days per week (37.5 hours per week), 45 weeks per year. There may be some after school commitments required as part of this role.

The Executive Assistant will act as the first point of contact for the Principal and is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support in a professional manner. Excellent organisation, time management skills, the ability to work under pressure and to work independently and in a team are vital to this role.

The Principal’s Executive Assistant is a key position which requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality whilst providing a welcoming environment for members of the St Stephen’s School community and other stakeholders.
