Carramar alumni Natasha Fettes-Davison has always seen herself as “more of a creative than an academic”.
She had always enjoyed showing her creative side through different styles of makeup has turned her passion into a career, recently opening her own business Belle Makeup Studios.
After graduating in 2015, Natasha studied at the Australian College of Specialist Makeup and has now been a makeup artist for three years.
She worked at MAC Cosmetics and freelanced for over two years before taking the leap to venture out on her own.
“I wasn’t getting enough hours working for MAC Cosmetics as I was only a casual so I decided to go on my own to see if I could just do what I love every day without the worries of not getting the shifts I needed,” Natasha said.
From a natural smoky eye and porcelain-look skin to a dramatic pop of colour, Natasha’s makeup style is flawless. She specialises in event, bridal makeup, runway and editorial and loves to have fun with products and express her client’s personalities through her work.
She will be showcasing as part of the RAW – Natural Born Artists STELLAR event at The Rosemount Hotel on August 8 alongside other creatives. Find her profile at www.rawartists.org.
While she’s not manning the brushes, Natasha loves to act and sing, or you’ll find her somewhere near the water swimming or simply sitting and watching the waves.
She still lives in the St Stephen’s School area and credits her school experience with giving her the confidence to hold conversations with people from all walks of life.
Natasha would love to pass on a 15% discount on her services for any St Stephen’s School Carramar students and staff.
