The Fremantle Children's Literature Centre again visited the school to inspire our Year 8 students. Kylie Powell presented sessions on picture book production and now the students are researching, writing and producing their own picture books.
All the Year 8 classes attended the 'Make your own Picture Book' sessions and were treated to original artwork from illustrators Shuan Tan and Anne James and author/illustrators Alison Lester and Guundie Kuchling.
