Founders' Day
Founders'
Day 2001 celebrated 18 years of St Stephen's School at the
Duncraig campus and was the inaugural celebration for the
Carramar campus. The Year 12 students took part
in the assemblies at both campuses, and the rest of the student
body were involved in a range of other activities, from the
traditional sausage sizzle to folk dancing, cake
decorating, games, painting and more.
In the sporting arena, past student vs present students teams enjoyed competition in netball, football and rugby. The netball was won by the past students, 21-12, football saw a win by the school team 11.9 (75) to 5.6 (36), and the rugby match was won by a composite school side, 12-7.
The traditional Founders' Day Concert is to take place this coming Friday, so watch for some photos from that later on next week.
