Commencement of Carramar Campus
On Friday 2 February, around 450 Primary students arrived for the first day of school at the new campus. Looking magnificent in their new unirforms, they settled into their new rooms, then shared with their parents ( and a fair number of grandparents) in their first school assembly.
It was a day to be remembered for a long time. A few tears were shed by staff and parents who had anticipated and worked towards this day for a long time.
The Secondary school commenced with the arrival of about 90 Year 8s on Monday 5 February. They enjoyed an orientation day with many activities, culminating in a shared barbecue with families in the evening. It was wonderful to see our new community together at last, and we look forward to an exciting year ahead.
